The Transcendence Group (TTG) is more than a consultancy.
We are a Cape Town-based, Pan-African collective dedicated to rebuilding public trust, unlocking local potential, and delivering strategic transformation across Africa’s institutions, communities, and economies.
Founded by Faiez Jacobs — former Member of Parliament, activist, and systems reformer — TTG works at the intersection of public policy, township revitalisation, digital innovation, and ethical implementation.
We fuse decades of political and grassroots experience with smart governance tools and modern infrastructure know-how — empowering governments, donors, and communities to move from dysfunction to delivery.
Our strength lies in coalition-building:
From local spaza shop owners to legislative sector leaders, from donors to SETAs, from youth mentors to infrastructure engineers — TTG connects the dots that build sustainable impact.
Faiez Jacobs is a seasoned governance reformer with over two decades of experience at the coalface of South African politics, public sector innovation, and community development. A former Member of Parliament and anti-apartheid activist, Faiez blends high-level political acumen with deep grassroots credibility. He has led major institutional turnaround strategies, designed resilience and urban governance models, and developed cutting-edge frameworks in ESG integration, financial oversight, and data-driven policymaking. Known for his strategic clarity, coalition-building instinct, and unwavering commitment to ethical transformation, Faiez founded The Transcendence Group to serve as a bridge between dysfunction and delivery — restoring public trust through evidence, Ubuntu, and bold systems change.
